For payments made via MyFatoorah (full amount):
Items can be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, provided that they are unused and in their original condition as purchased.

For installment payments:
Items can be exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, provided that they are unused and in their original condition as purchased. The exchanged item must be of the same value.
