Return & Exchange Policy

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Customers are responsible for a 5% customs and administrative fee based on the product value for approved returns or exchanges.
• Sale items, promotional items, and selected collections are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the provided size chart.
